Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir control and reanimation strategy led by Garland, Royal Kidnapper. The game plan revolves around manipulating the Monarch mechanic, using goad effects to incite combat among opponents, and stealing opposing creatures both from the battlefield and graveyards.
