I Want To Upgrade To A Newer Motorcycle Now by LucarioQWE

Format: Commander

Commander: Toluz, Clever Conductor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Esper discard/draw "wheel-and-drain" deck built around Toluz, Clever Conductor. Every looter, cycling land, and wheel turns discarding into resources: Toluz exiles whatever you discard and returns that entire bank to your hand when it dies, while Faith of the Devoted, Feast of Sanity, Queza, Augur of Agonies, The Raven Man, Dying to Serve, and Lazotep Chancellor convert the discards and draws into life loss, tokens, and board presence. The deck looks to deploy a discard payoff, park key cards under Toluz, then fire repeated wheels such as Windfall and Whispering Madness to drain the table and build an evasive army. Rally the Ancestors and Ascend from Avernus provide mass recursion, and Temporal Trespass can steal the extra turn needed to close. It is a grinding value deck rather than a compact combo deck.
