Deck overview

This Simic deck combines political voting mechanics, group-hug resource acceleration, and high-impact endgame spells. Led by Círdan the Shipwright, the deck spends its early turns deploying ramp artifacts, playing extra lands, and leveraging voting cards to draw cards and slip permanents into play. Symmetrical effects like Howling Mine, Collective Voyage, and Rites of Flourishing keep hands full and mana expanding across the table. While opponents benefit from the shared resources, the deck works toward a definitive endgame: assembling sufficient mana to cast Enter the Infinite or Expropriate. Drawing the library with Enter the Infinite transitions directly into a protected Thassa's Oracle win, shielded by free counterspells like Force of Will and Pact of Negation. Disruptive permanents such as City of Solitude, Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, and Perplexing Chimera further constrain opponents' ability to intervene during critical setup windows.
