Shredder by Ajmls22

Commander: Super Shredder

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-black sacrifice-value deck. Super Shredder is a growing evasive beater that gains a +1/+1 counter every time any permanent leaves the battlefield, so the rest of the deck exists to manufacture as many leaves as possible. Token generators-Jadar, Ophiomancer, Lord Skitter, and Ogre Slumlord-fuel sacrifice outlets like Spawning Pit, Yahenni, Woe Strider, and Priest of Forgotten Gods. Death triggers from Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Vengeful Bloodwitch, and South Wind Avatar convert each body into table-wide life loss, while Mirkwood Bats punishes token creation. Tutors and recursion assemble the burst line: Army of the Damned or Bolas's Citadel, followed by mass sacrifice to drain the whole table. The commander is a secondary clock, not an engine.
