Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aristocrats strategy led by Elenda, the Dusk Rose. It focuses on turning creature deaths into scaling power, wide token boards, and table-wide life drain. The deck builds an early foundation with low-cost sacrifice outlets and drain payoffs like Blood Artist and Cruel Celebrant, followed by deploying Elenda. As creatures die across the table, Elenda accumulates +1/+1 counters and replaces herself with lifelink Vampire tokens upon dying. Doubling engines like Teysa Karlov and Drivnod, Carnage Dominus dramatically accelerate the life swing. The deck can close games through sustained combat and sacrifice attrition, or instantly with the two-card combo of Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond. It offers strong recovery through black recursion spells and protects its board with cards like Clever Concealment, making it a resilient and synergistic mid-power combat and drain deck.
