Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant leads a Golgari Elf swarm deck built around forced -1/-1 counters and proliferate. Every Elf entry makes each opponent blight a creature, clearing blockers while Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and Flourishing Defenses convert those counters into Snake and Elf tokens. The commander doubles as a sorcery-speed proliferate engine that pushes counters, poison, and loyalty. Secondary paths include an exponential Elf-token loop with Flourishing Defenses, reanimation packages for attrition, and a Vraska poison/loyalty finisher. Hapatra acts as a hidden commander, since many of the same triggers and counter-payoffs are built around her.
