Damage reflection by Baron_Buchanan

Format: Commander

Commander: Rem Karolus, Stalwart Slayer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rem Karolus turns every red damage sweeper into a one-sided wipe while making enemy spell damage worse. The deck combines redirection permanents (Pariah, General's Regalia) with indestructible damage mirrors (Stuffy Doll, Brash Taunter) and damage doublers to convert hurt into lethal loops. Kiki-Jiki with Helm of the Host offers a backup token-combo win, while Chandra, Hope's Beacon and Backdraft Hellkite provide gas. Stuffy Doll is the de facto hidden commander: most compact wins are built around its self-damage tap with Guilty Conscience, Pariah, or Arcbond. Rem is primarily protection and amplification; the combo lines do not require him, but his spell-damage prevention is what makes the burn-control plan viable.
