Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Izzet spellslinger strategy helmed by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both the primary win condition and an explosive mana generator. Every noncreature spell cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent. Once Vivi grows, its activated ability adds mana equal to its power once per turn, refunding spell costs and enabling massive storm turns. The deck features cheap cantrips, burn spells, rituals, and powerful trigger multipliers like Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality. Card advantage engines such as Curiosity and The Theorist, Jace Beleren keep the hand full during extended spell chains. Interaction and plan protection are integrated directly into the noncreature suite with cards like Swan Song, Force of Will, and Shore Up. The deck reliably assembles on Turn 4, presents a must-answer damage burst, and finishes the table on Turn 5 through continuous burn and scaling combat damage.
