Deck overview

This is a BW token-fueled spell-copying build helmed by Silverquill, the Disputant, whose casualty 1 turns every instant and sorcery into a two-for-one. The core loop is simple: generate a steady stream of expendable tokens, deploy Silverquill to give every spell a free copy, and eventually cash the accumulated board and mana into a copied X-spell. The deck wins three ways: a giant copied Exsanguinate, Torment of Hailfire, or Debt to the Deathless; a wide flying/artifact token army backed by drain engines like Corpse Knight, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, and Mirkwood Bats; or a board-clear-plus-army finisher like Blot Out the Sky or White Sun's Twilight. It is a patient, high-ceiling midrange deck that trades speed for explosive late turns, with Phyrexian Altar, Culling the Weak, and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx converting the token board directly into the mana the X-spells demand.
