Deck overview

Prismari, the Inspiration turns every instant and sorcery into a storm threat. This UR spellslinger/storm deck wins by ritual-fueled storm, by looping Bonus Round with Narset's Reversal and Reiterate, or by Niv-Mizzet draw-ping engines. Prismari is the top-end payoff, while Birgi, Ral, and Storm-Kiln Artist smooth the early game. The closest hidden commander is Primal Amulet//Primal Wellspring: the deck develops the front face's cost reduction, then transforms to the Wellspring's copy-land to double every spell. The Ral DFC provides a backup storm source. A dense tutor/cantrip suite makes the lines reachable; the mana base and lack of free interaction keep it from being a true hyper-fast combo deck.
