Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Prismari, the Inspiration. The commander grants storm to every instant and sorcery spell you cast, turning modest cantrips and rituals into explosive, game-ending engines. The early game focuses on developing mana through efficient artifacts, cantripping to sculpt a high-velocity hand, and deploying cost-efficient mana engines like Birgi, God of Storytelling or Storm-Kiln Artist. Once you deploy Prismari on Turn 4 or 5 using burst mana from Jeska's Will, Seething Song, or Treasonous Ogre, any subsequent spell copies itself for each prior spell cast that turn. Chaining 1-mana cantrips quickly refills your hand while rituals generate an insurmountable mana surplus. The turn culminates in a decisive Grapeshot or storm-duplicated burn spells that deal lethal damage to all three opponents in a single turn. If Prismari is unavailable, Underworld Breach and Past in Flames provide robust graveyard-based storm loops to win without the commander.
