Deck overview

This Boros Voltron deck focuses on Wyleth, Soul of Steel, using an extensive suite of Equipment to build a massive, evasive commander while drawing cards on every attack. Running 49 basic lands and no traditional mana rocks, the deck develops entirely on curve at one land per turn. It achieves usable assembly on Turn 4 by equipping Wyleth and attacking for card draw. By Turn 6, stacked Equipment like Blackblade Reforged and Sword of Vengeance scales Wyleth to lethal commander damage, eliminating opponents sequentially by Turn 8. While its card draw engine is powerful, the deck suffers from thin ramp, an absence of instant-speed interaction, and reliance on single-target combat damage.
