Deck overview

This Sultai Midrange deck harnesses Teval, Arbiter of Virtue to turn the graveyard into an explosive resource pool, granting delve to every spell cast. The early game focuses on accelerating with 2-CMC mana artifacts and stocking the graveyard through self-mill engines like Mesmeric Orb and surveil lands. Once Teval lands on Turn 4, the deck cheats mana costs on massive threats, reanimation spells, and high-impact artifacts like The Endstone and Platinum Emperion, while Teval's 6/6 lifelink body offsets the commander's life-loss penalty. The deck transitions into an overwhelming combat force on Turns 5 to 7, using native delve beaters like Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis and Murktide Regent alongside Renew abilities to double counters or duplicate threats with Naga Fleshcrafter.
