Plunder the Graves (Commander 2015 Precon Decklist) by BobbyFunk69

Format: Commander

Commander: Meren of Clan Nel Toth

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Meren of Clan Nel Toth is the engine of this Golgari sacrifice-reanimator deck. The primary plan is to generate experience by letting creatures die, then use Meren's end-step trigger to recycle value creatures while self-mill spells fill the graveyard. Secondary paths use one-shot reanimation (Reanimate, Animate Dead, Necromancy, Victimize) to cheat early fatties, and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord acts as a pseudo-commander to drain opponents with high-power creatures. The deck closes with a wide token board from Kessig Cagebreakers or Spider Spawning, powered up by Overwhelming Stampede or Pathbreaker Ibex. It is a grindy, commander-centric strategy rather than a fast combo list.
