Teysa by Aerylis

Format: Commander

Commander: Teysa Karlov

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a classic Orzhov aristocrats engine helmed by Teysa Karlov. The deck floods the board with tokens and recursive fodder, then converts every death into doubled life-drain, card advantage, and mana via Teysa's trigger-doubling. Primary wins come from infinite sacrifice loops pairing outlets (Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar, Viscera Seer) with self-recurring creatures (Gravecrawler, Reassembling Skeleton, Putrid Goblin) and drain payoffs (Zulaport Cutthroat, Cruel Celebrant, Bastion of Remembrance, The Meathook Massacre). Token doublers (Anointed Procession, Mondrak, Glory Dominus) and edict engines (Grave Pact, Dictate of Erebos) provide both go-wide combat and lock layers. Secondary finishes include a large Exsanguinate or Syr Konrad, the Grim ping storms. The commander is a powerful multiplier rather than a hard combo piece, keeping the deck functional even when she is answered.
