Avengers and Spidey by dinkpantiez

Format: Commander

Commander: Captain America, Team Leader

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Captain America, Team Leader leads a Jeskai Hero-tribal deck that wins by turning a board of modified Heroes sideways. Every Hero that enters under the commander enters with haste and a +1/+1 counter, and the commander grows alongside it, turning each cast into an immediate attack. The deck layers +1/+1 counter synergies, "modified" payoffs, and combat-damage draw engines to snowball: Ant-Man, Elusive Avenger makes Treasures, Falcon and Redwing makes Birds, Director Nick Fury finds more Heroes, and Biorganic Carapace or SP//dr convert hits into cards. The primary finish is a critical-mass attack, often powered by Captain Marvel, Apex Avenger or War Machine, Avenging Arsenal double strike, or by Multiversal Incursion turning the board into a horde of nonlegendary copies. There are no infinite combos; this is a fair, synergistic combat deck with a solid protection and recursion backbone.
