Tap that Bounce orignial by oldguymtg

Format: Commander

Commander: Gadwick, the Wizened

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Gadwick, the Wizened leads a mono-blue tempo-control deck that converts every instant and sorcery into cards, flying tokens, and tapped permanents. The primary plan is to land Talrand, Sky Summoner or Murmuring Mystic, chain cantrips and counterspells to build a Drake/Bird army, and use Gadwick's X draw plus a deep bounce/counter suite to stay ahead. The secondary path is a soft-lock finish with Hullbreaker Horror and Tidespout Tyrant, where every spell bounces an opponent's permanent while the flyers close the game. The deck has excellent stack interaction but is structurally light on lands and lacks tutors.
