Kardur, Doomscourge by Brianthemax

Format: Commander

Commander: Kardur, Doomscourge

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kardur, Doomscourge is a forced-combat commander: casting him forces every opponent's creature to attack another player while he drains the table whenever an attacking creature dies. The primary plan is to stack goad and token generation (Rite of the Raging Storm, Goblin Spymaster, Hunted Horror, Varchild) so opponents keep hitting each other, then convert the resulting deaths into life loss with Blood Artist, Kardur, and pinging permanents. Secondary paths are an Insurrection alpha strike and board-wipe drain turns (Blasphemous Act/Deadly Tempest plus Blood Artist). The commander is a reusable shield and drain engine rather than a combo piece; there is no hidden commander. The deck is a mid-speed politics/aristocrats hybrid.
