How to Train Ur Dragon by FludDiceGoblin

Format: Commander

Commander: The Ur-Dragon

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Ur-Dragon helms a five-color Dragon tribal deck focused on mana acceleration, massive flying threats, and explosive combat steps. In the early game, the commander's eminence ability reduces the casting cost of all Dragon spells, smoothing out high-cost curves alongside mana dorks and rocks. Mid-game turns deploy high-impact threats like Terror of the Peaks and Scion of the Ur-Dragon to control the board and pressure life totals. The primary win condition is overwhelming combat damage amplified by damage doublers like Thrakkus the Butcher and Twinflame Tyrant, backed by an infinite combat loop using Old Gnawbone and Hellkite Charger.
