Deck overview

Kratos, God of War leads a fast-paced mono-red combat deck designed to eliminate opponents through amplified combat damage and chained attack phases. By granting universal haste and having innate double strike, Kratos turns any equipment or power boost into a lethal commander damage threat the moment it enters the battlefield. Dense low-cost mana acceleration from artifacts and rituals guarantees a consistent Turn 3 commander deployment. On Turn 4, the deck transitions into critical onset by resolving damage multipliers like Jeska, Thrice Reborn and Fiery Emancipation, or extra combat engines such as Karlach, Fury of Avernus and Aggravated Assault. An infinite combat combo between Aggravated Assault and Neheb, the Eternal provides a compact alternative win condition. Dedicated protection cards like Commander's Plate and Bolt Bend safeguard key attackers, allowing the deck to close out the table reliably across two opponent response cycles.
