Deck overview

This Sisay, Weatherlight Captain deck is a high-power Legendary Toolbox combo deck that leverages Sisay's ability to search the library and put legendary permanents directly onto the battlefield. By pairing Sisay with multi-color mana engines like Bloom Tender, Faeburrow Elder, and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, the deck generates the five-color WUBRG activation cost ahead of curve. Once active, Sisay initiates an instant-speed chain tutoring Derevi, Empyrial Tactician to untap mana sources, followed by Emiel the Blessed to establish infinite mana flickers. This infinite mana lets Sisay dump the entire legendary suite onto the battlefield, creating an unassailable board shielded by Grand Abolisher effects like Myrel, Shield of Argive and Jennifer Walters, hexproof from Sigarda, Font of Blessings, and indestructible from Boromir, Warden of the Tower. Kenrith, the Returned King then grants haste, trample, and infinite power to eliminate the entire table in a single overwhelming attack on Turn 4.
