Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet Spellslinger Storm strategy commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The game plan revolves around leveraging Vivi's dual abilities: scaling mana production based on power and pinging every opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast. By attaching damage-triggered draw effects such as Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to Vivi, every single noncreature spell cast draws three cards (one per opponent dealt damage). This massive card draw fuels explosive turns where cheap cantrips, rituals like Jeska's Will, and cost reducers maintain high storm counts. Vivi's {0} mana ability converts its accumulated +1/+1 counters into huge bursts of mana to sustain the chain. The deck closes games via direct noncombat burn from Vivi, Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph, and Grapeshot, or via an infinite loop with Niv-Mizzet, Parun. Solid countermagic and spot removal ensure protection and interaction throughout.
