Deck overview

This deck uses Elsha of the Infinite to cast noncreature spells from the top of the library. Sensei's Divining Top, The Reality Chip, Scroll Rack, Ponder, and Brainstorm improve access to usable cards, while Etherium Sculptor, Enthusiastic Mechanaut, Helm of Awakening, and Foundry Inspector reduce costs. The deck can then build storm count, prowess, tokens, and life through Jeskai Ascendancy, Monastery Mentor, and Aetherflux Reservoir. Its interaction suite is broad enough to answer important threats, and Grand Abolisher or Silence can protect an own-turn sequence. The main limitation is assembly: the commander costs five mana, the top engine needs further mana, and the list has no supported deterministic two-card infinite combo. It can produce strong engines and explosive turns, but its ordinary full-table kill is not reliable. Treat it as a synergy-focused, interactive mid-power spellslinger deck rather than a compact cEDH combo deck.
