Deck overview

This mono-red Commander deck is led by Clive, Ifrit's Dominant // Ifrit, Warden of Inferno. It focuses on building red devotion and capitalizing on mass-discard triggers. During the early turns, the deck deploys red permanents, mana rocks, and discard payoffs like Brallin, Skyshark Rider and Glint-Horn Buccaneer. On Turn 5, casting Clive discards your remaining hand and draws cards equal to your red devotion, triggering a flurry of burn damage and refilling your hand with 5 to 8 fresh spells. From this explosive turn, the deck leverages damage doublers and triplers such as Solphim, Mayhem Dominus and Fiery Emancipation, alongside burst mana rituals like Mana Geyser and Seething Song. This mana fuels lethal finishers like Crackle with Power, Fanatic of Mogis, or Chandra's Ignition. Backup engines like Underworld Breach ensure resilience, giving the deck high velocity and explosive reach.
