This Sultai Mutant deck is a rad-counter and +1/+1-counter engine helmed by The Wise Mothman, whose ETB/attack triggers hand every player a rad counter and whose second trigger converts every nonland card milled anywhere into +1/+1 counters. The game plan is to spread rad counters so every opponent's end step mills a growing chunk of their library, then translate those mills into an unstoppable counter-scaled board via Hardened Scales, Winding Constrictor, Branching Evolution, and Corpsejack Menace. Early rad sources like Glowing One, Nightkin Ambusher, and Vexing Radgull start the clock, while Screeching Scorchbeast and Vault 12: The Necropolis accelerate it. Wins come from combat with giant trampling/flying mutants - often suddenly via Biomass Mutation - with The Master, Transcendent and Raul, Trouble Shooter converting the overflowing graveyards into extra threats, and Time Stretch sealing late-game kills.
