New Untitled Deck by user7043026

Format: Commander

Commander: Olivia, Opulent Outlaw

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw leads a Mardu outlaw kindred deck focused on aggressive combat triggers, aggressive Treasure production, and wide board buffs. The early turns establish cheap outlaws such as Changeling Outcast, Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff, and Captain Lannery Storm to initiate combat-damage triggers. Once Olivia is deployed, connecting with outlaws produces a steady flow of Treasures, which she converts into universal +1/+1 counters to push massive combat damage. Alternate win conditions include outright victory via Revel in Riches, weaponizing stockpiled tokens into an army with Vihaan, Goldwaker, or resolving Akroma's Will and Ruinous Ultimatum for decisive combat blowouts.
