Deck overview

This Mogis, God of Slaughter deck is a high-synergy Rakdos aristocrats and combo-attrition build. It leverages cheap recursive creatures, sacrifice outlets, and blood-artist drain effects to steadily bleed opponents while controlling the board. The commander, Mogis, God of Slaughter, provides steady passive damage and creature sacrifice pressure from the command zone. The deck's primary win condition is a compact infinite loop utilizing Warren Soultrader, Gravecrawler, and any drain piece such as Blood Artist, Bastion of Remembrance, or Mayhem Devil. Because Warren Soultrader is a Zombie, sacrificing Gravecrawler creates a Treasure while draining the table; cracking the Treasure generates the black mana required to recast Gravecrawler from the graveyard indefinitely. Supported by dense draw engines like Skullclamp and Morbid Opportunist, alongside asymmetric control cards like Dictate of Erebos, the deck consistently controls opposing creatures, withstands board wipes through reanimation, and closes games via combo loops, Gary devotion swings, or a lethal Torment of Hailfire.
