Yuriko by Matze

Format: Commander

Commander: Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a Dimir cEDH deck helmed by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow, leveraging her commander ninjutsu to deploy her at instant speed, generating card advantage and life loss from high-mana-value flips. The primary win condition is a Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact/Doomsday combo, often assembled through the deck's dense tutor suite. Secondary paths include chaining extra turns (Temporal Mastery, Temporal Trespass) to overwhelm opponents with repeated Yuriko triggers and ninja combat damage. The deck combines fast mana, an unblockable creature core, and a robust stack of free counterspells to execute its game plan quickly and protect it.
