Golgari my beloved by user6821322

Format: Commander

Commander: Savra, Queen of the Golgari

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Savra, Queen of the Golgari is not the engine; she is a removal/life-total payoff that punishes my own sacrifices. Chatterfang acts as the hidden commander: every token event creates Squirrels, and combining it with Pitiless Plunderer and Warren Soultrader (or Ashnod's Altar plus Jade Mage) makes infinite creature deaths and Treasures. Cauldron of Essence, Susurian Voidborn, Dina, and Savra convert those deaths into drains. The deck also uses Golgari tutors and sacrifice draw to assemble the engine quickly. Secondary paths include infinite mana into Damnable Pact and a token beatdown plan with Bitterblossom, Ygra, and Killer Service.
