Fortune, Loyal Steed by Kormko

Format: Commander

Commander: Fortune, Loyal Steed

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Fortune, Loyal Steed pilots a mono-white blink deck that uses its saddle attack trigger to repeatedly flicker value creatures. The deck's real engine is Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, a hidden commander in the 99: blinking Abdel grows a Soldier army while resetting permanents. Secondary plans include generic ETB value through Wall of Omens, Welcoming Vampire, and Priest of Ancient Lore, and a go-wide alpha strike with Akroma's Will. Fortune provides repeatable card advantage, life, and scry, while a deep protection suite of instant flickers, Greaves/Boots, and indestructible effects keeps the engine online. The deck wins by amassing tokens then buffing them for lethal combat.
