Bilbo, Thief in the Night is a mono-blue artifact-combo deck that uses Bilbo as a cost reducer and graveyard re-caster while the real engine is the Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal loop. The primary win is infinite spell casts with Aetherflux Reservoir; secondary lines mill with Maddening Cacophony + Riverchurn Monument or use Hullbreaker Horror to loop Sol Ring and Mana Vault. Urza, Lord High Artificer acts as a hidden commander, turning artifacts into mana and providing card advantage.
