Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking wants to fill the graveyard with Elves and then use their activated abilities. Once Woodland Weavemaster, Nightshade Dryad, or Llanowar Scout are milled, Thranduil becomes a repeatable 5-mana dork and land-drop engine. The hidden commander is Thranduil, Sindarin Liege: its creature side gives Elves +1/+1 and makes Elf tokens on landfall, while its Silvan Rally adventure mills and ramps lands. The deck wins by converting lands into a wide Elf token army and huge land-matters creatures, then finishing with Overwhelm, Beorn's Hospitality, or an unblockable My Precious carry. Secondary paths are commander damage with a large Thranduil and Demon beatdown from Bloodsoaked Altar.
