Deck overview

Francisco and Kraum form a premier Grixis cEDH turbo-midrange shell that pairs blistering assembly speed with resilient card advantage. Francisco provides an ultra-low-cost partner in the command zone that enables free defensive staples like Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Deadly Rollick as early as Turn 1 or 2, while Kraum punishes opponents for multi-spelling in interactive pods. The deck leverages an elite suite of 0-1 CMC fast mana and low-cost tutors to reliably assemble its primary win condition, Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, by Turn 2 or 3. If the primary line is contested, the deck seamlessly transitions into Underworld Breach loops with Lion's Eye Diamond and Brain Freeze, or drops an end-step Ad Nauseam to bury the table in card surplus. Backed by 16+ pieces of cheap and free interaction, the deck operates with format-ceiling efficiency, resilience, and lethal inevitability.
