Deck overview

This is a Golgari token-and-creature swarm deck helmed by Witherbloom, the Balancer, whose affinity for creatures turns both itself and every instant/sorcery in the deck cheaper as the board goes wide. The primary plan is to flood the battlefield with Squirrel, Food, Treasure, and Plant tokens through multipliers like Chatterfang, Squirrel General, Peregrin Took, Hazel of the Rootbloom, and Academy Manufactor, then close with a Craterhoof Behemoth overrun tutored up by Chord of Calling or Eldritch Evolution. Secondary wins include the infinite Chatterfang + Pitiless Plunderer loop, the Basking Broodscale + Sadistic Glee counter engine, and a poison sub-theme via Bloodroot Apothecary. The commander is a value enabler rather than a required piece - the deck executes its plan at full capacity without ever casting it.
