Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Dinosaur tribal stompy strategy piloted by Pantlaza, Sun-Favored. The game plan focuses on aggressive early ramp to cast Pantlaza ahead of curve on Turn 4, immediately generating card advantage through the discover mechanic. On subsequent turns, the deck casts high-toughness Dinosaurs such as Gishath, Sun's Avatar, Ghalta, Primal Hunger, and Quartzwood Crasher, cascading through the library to cheat additional threats onto the battlefield. Card draw engines like Garruk's Uprising and Elemental Bond ensure a continuous flow of resources, while haste enablers like Palani's Hatcher and Regisaur Alpha allow threats to pressure opponents immediately. The deck aims to close games around Turn 7 via overwhelming combat damage, supplemented by pump effects, trample tokens, and decisive finishers like Akroma's Will. Its primary limitations stem from lack of countermagic, susceptibility to board wipes, and variance inherent in discover cascades.
