Deck overview

This is a Selesnya (+1/+1 counters) midrange combat deck helmed by Hamza, Guardian of Arashin. The plan is to seed early bodies with counters via enablers like Hardened Scales, Conclave Mentor, Renata, Called to the Hunt, and Good-Fortune Unicorn, then leverage Hamza's cost reduction to dump oversized threats-especially the Tyranid Ravenous suite, Kalonian Hydra, and Hierophant Bio-Titan-ahead of curve. Wins come exclusively from combat: go-tall doubling, go-wide tokens from Basri Ket, Felidar Retreat, Tervigon, and Termagant Swarm, amplified by Clamavus. There are no infinite combos. Hamza is a powerful discount engine once counters are online but is not a tutor, draw engine, or win piece; the 99 carries the full plan. Expect a grindy, board-centric game that outscales the table rather than comboing off.
