Deck overview

Umbris, Fear Manifest is the scaling payoff of a Dimir Horror/Nightmare deck that blends tribal enters triggers with exile and mill. The primary plan is to cast Umbris, then keep playing Horrors and Nightmares so each entry exiles cards from an opponent's library until a land appears, making Umbris huge enough to end games with commander damage. Secondary paths use The Mindskinner, Captain N'ghathrod, Consuming Aberration, Elder Brain, and Szat's Will to mill or exile large portions of libraries, accelerate Umbris, and steal enemy resources. The deck is a slow, value-heavy midrange build with strong grind and recursion but no combo finish.
