Deck overview

This is a Dimir Horror tribal deck helmed by Captain N'ghathrod, built around milling opponents and reanimating their best permanents. The commander grants menace to all Horrors, mills on combat damage, and steals an artifact or creature from an opponent's graveyard each end step. The primary win condition is a mill-out: Bruvac the Grandiloquent doubles all mill, turning a kicked Maddening Cacophony or a Terisian Mindbreaker attack into a full-library mill for each opponent. Secondary paths include combat damage from oversized Horrors (Consuming Aberration, Phyrexian Obliterator, Void Winnower) and value theft via the commander and Brainstealer Dragon. The deck packs a solid reanimation suite (Reanimate, Animate Dead, Victimize, Breach the Multiverse) and a counterspell core to protect its key pieces.
