Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo-control build commanded by Blind Seer. It blends competitive artifact combo lines with unique color-manipulation synergies. The primary win condition centers on infinite mana and untaps generated by Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal, converting into a same-turn table kill through Aetherflux Reservoir or Sensei's Divining Top. Alternatively, Painter's Servant pairs with Grindstone for a compact mill kill, or with Llawan, Cephalid Empress to completely lock opponents out of casting creature spells. A world-class interactive shell featuring free counterspells like Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Pact of Negation ensures the deck can disrupt opposing wins while safeguarding its own execution. Supported by premier draw engines like The One Ring and Rhystic Study, alongside deep artifact tutoring, the deck navigates smoothly from early denial to a decisive, protected finish.
