Vren, the Relentless leads a Dimir attrition build that turns exile-based removal into an endless tide of Rats. The primary plan is to resolve Vren, then use cheap sacrifice spells and symmetric board wipes to exile opponents' creatures and build a growing Rat army. Secondary paths lean on Rat-tribal generators like Lord Skitter, Piper of the Swarm, and Marrow-Gnawer, plus a strong counterspell/instant-speed interaction suite to protect the engine. The deck closes by swinging with a fear-covered or toxic Rat swarm, often finishing all three opponents in one overwhelming combat step.
