Deck overview

This is a five-color legendary combo-toolbox deck built around Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary plan is to chain Sisay activations into legendary permanents: early one- and two-cost legends raise her power, then she fetches Jegantha, Najeela, and Derevi. Those three create an infinite-combat loop: Najeela attacks, Jegantha pays WUBRG, and Derevi's damage trigger untaps Jegantha for each extra combat. Backup lines use Emiel plus Intruder Alarm to generate infinite mana, or Felidar Guardian plus Phyrexian Metamorph for repeated blink triggers. There is no separate hidden commander, but Najeela is the primary win enabler in the 99. The deck protects its sequence with a light counterspell/removal package and relies on redundancy and recursion before control.
