Deck overview

This Selesnya Angels deck, led by Sigarda, Font of Blessings, is a midrange value-and-combat strategy that blends resilient Angel beatdown with a compact infinite-combo finish. The commander provides blanket hexproof to all other permanents (making the board exceptionally sticky) and lets you cast Angels and Humans from the top of your library, effectively turning card selection into virtual card advantage. The primary plan is to ramp heavily with dorks and land-based acceleration, deploy a critical mass of Angels, and either overwhelm opponents through flying combat backed by lifegain synergies or pivot into the Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Walking Ballista infinite-damage combo. The deck's high tutor density and strong draw engines ensure it consistently finds its key pieces, while its interaction suite (free spells, turn-protection effects, and instant-speed removal) keeps the game plan on track.
