Mono Blue by beanieswag

Format: Commander

Commander: The Mindskinner

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The deck is a mono-blue voltron-mill list built around The Mindskinner, whose unblockable 10 power converts all damage from your sources into a 10-card mill against each opponent. The primary plan is to cast The Mindskinner on turn 3 and attack every turn while stacking power and damage multipliers (Blackblade Reforged, Strata Scythe, Inquisitor's Flail, Brass Knuckles) to reduce the number of swings needed. Secondary support comes from draw-mill effects such as Teferi's Tutelage, Drowned Secrets, and Fraying Sanity, plus a small control layer of counters and bounce. The commander is single-faced and there is no hidden commander; the list is highly dependent on keeping The Mindskinner on the battlefield, because every win line routes through its replacement effect.
