Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai aggressive midrange strategy centered on +1/+1 counters, artifact creatures, and the modified mechanic. Led by Optimus Prime, Hero, the deck ramps early into low-cost artifact creatures, cost reducers, and utility pieces. Once Optimus Prime enters on Turn 4 via More Than Meets the Eye, it consistently distributes +1/+1 counters each end step and attack phase. These counters fuel secondary card draw engines like Danny Pink and Dusk Legion Duelist while growing the team. The deck transitions into a lethal threat around Turn 6 by deploying unblockable enablers like Herald of Secret Streams, damage doublers like Uncivil Unrest, or asymmetric board clears like Damning Verdict and Wave Goodbye. Built-in commander recursion provides excellent resilience against standard removal, allowing the deck to close games through overwhelming combat pressure across multiple turns.
