Deck overview

This is a combat-focused Kaalia of the Vast deck. Its main plan is to assemble four colored mana, give Kaalia of the Vast haste with Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots, and attack while placing expensive Angels, Demons, and Dragons directly onto the battlefield. Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, and Kaalia, Zenith Seeker improve access, while Sol Ring, Ancient Tomb, Dark Ritual, and the Talismans accelerate deployment. The deck can produce strong battlefield swings with Ancient Copper Dragon, Balefire Dragon, Archfiend of Despair, and Lord of the Void. Its main weakness is that the first attack is not usually lethal, and the extra-combat cards do not form a deterministic kill. The list has useful protection and interaction, but it must divide mana between developing Kaalia, protecting the attack, and answering opposing threats. It is a solid high-synergy casual or mid-power combat deck, not a compact competitive combo deck.
