Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a classic Nekusar, the Mindrazer wheel-and-punish deck. The primary plan is to force opponents to draw extra cards - through Nekusar's own ability, Howling Mine-style engines (Font of Mythos, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Dictate of Kruphix, Howling Mine, Spiteful Visions), and a dense suite of 16+ wheel effects (Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, Wheel of Misfortune, Time Spiral, Echo of Eons) - then punish every draw with a stacked punisher package: Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted, Razorkin Needlehead, and more. The deck wins through massive cumulative draw damage, an infect finish via Tainted Strike or Grafted Exoskeleton boosted by Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might, or a Mindcrank mill. It plays as a draw-go control deck that turns every opponent's draw step into a life-loss event.
