Deck overview

This is a Gruul +1/+1 counter Voltron/fight deck helmed by Wolverine, Best There Is. The core plan is to cast Wolverine, use fight spells and counter doublers to pile counters on him, then deliver lethal commander damage with trample or unblockable. The deck leans heavily on its commander's double-damage ability, but also includes backup beaters like Thor, God of Thunder and Hellcat, Undying Vigilante. It lacks tutors and fast mana, so it plays a midrange combat game, relying on natural draws and incremental growth. Winning is achieved through a single, huge Wolverine attack after accumulating counters via fights and +1/+1 doublers.
