Commander: Tresserhorn's Lord, Returned

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Grixis sacrifice aristocrats deck is helmed by Tresserhorn's Lord, Returned, a 10/4 trample indestructible Zombie that draws a card each time you sacrifice a creature. The primary game plan is to generate a steady stream of tokens (via Bitterbloom Bearer, Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder, Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, and others), sacrifice them to outlets like Phyrexian Altar or Viscera Seer, and drain the table with Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, or Mayhem Devil. The commander's ETB drawback is offset by the deck's token density, and his triggered draw turns every sacrifice into card advantage. The deck wins through infinite loops-most commonly Gravecrawler + a sacrifice outlet + a drain effect-or via massive Chandra's Ignition on a pumped Yawgmoth, Thran Physician or the commander himself. A secondary zombie tribal subtheme with Rooftop Storm and Grimgrin, Corpse-Born provides additional resilience and reach.
