Baba Lasaga the Earthbender by febbow

Format: Commander

Commander: Baba Lysaga, Night Witch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Baba Lysaga, Night Witch leads a Golgari sacrifice and land-animation deck. You sacrifice three different card types each turn to drain opponents for 3 and draw three, using Food, Clues, Treasures, creatures, and lands that you turn into creatures with earthbend. Secondary pressure comes from drain pieces like Marionette Master and Marionette Apprentice, counters from Mazirek, and wide tokens from Bitterblossom and The Mycotyrant. The only true infinite is Blinkmoth Nexus + Springheart Nantuko + Tireless Provisioner for infinite lands and Treasures. Baba is your main draw engine, not a combo piece, so the deck grinds value and wins through incremental drain or animated-land combat.
