Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck is led by Sai, Master Thopterist, focusing on converting cheap artifact deployment into an evasive army of 1/1 flying Thopter tokens while providing built-in card draw. The early game establishes acceleration and cost reduction through pieces like Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, and efficient mana rocks, enabling Sai, Master Thopterist to deploy on Turn 2 or 3 and begin generating board presence by Turn 4. The midgame leverages powerful draw engines such as Thought Monitor, Shimmer Dragon, and Vedalken Archmage to maintain a full hand while amassing artifact density. The deck reaches critical pressure around Turn 6 by dropping massive game-ending multipliers like Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Forsaken Monument, or a devastating Kappa Cannoneer, finishing the table through overwhelming aerial combat by Turn 8. Defensively, the deck utilizes Propaganda, targeted bounce, counterspells, and All Is Dust to navigate opposing boards.
